When I launched Veecom in 1986, business mobile phones
were a bit different. State of the art "hand-portable" phones looked
like a half-brick, cost over £2000 and there was only one tariff available
- billed by the minute!
My aim back then, as now, was to offer a first class service to corporate
mobile phone users. In fact, we still deal with many of these original
clients today.
Over the years, as mobile communications became increasingly important
in our lives, I developed services to differentiate Veecom from the
many other mobile phone companies which began to appear. |
Not
only offering a range of handsets, accessories and networks, but also
a service that would monitor phone expenditure, phone use and functionality,
