Your Network Guarantee
If within 28 days of joining Vodafone through Veecom Systems you are not happy with the service, not only will we connect you back to the network of your choice at no cost to you, you can keep the devices or credit amount we have supplied you with.
Your Equipment Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with equipment supplied by Veecom, you won’t have to send it away or go through the usual lengthy guarantee procedure. To keep you going, we will give you a phone on loan while yours is repaired. Or, if appropriate, we’ll hand you a free replacement. Either way, a quick call us to us will ensure that everything is sorted out for you.
Help with your bills
The phone bills from some networks can be very complicated and difficult to understand. But with Veecom on your team, you’ll never be in the dark about your bills ever again. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your bills, we will examine them and explain exactly what is going on. And if we can find a way to help you save money, we will.
