We are pleased to offer a service to our existing
clients for organising repairs of faulty and broken mobiles.
If your phone develops a fault, then taking advantage of the service
is easy; 1. Please fill in the Return
Form here.
We will also accept details from you over the phone, or by email.
2. Please remove the SIM card and keep hold of it.
You may also wish to back up any important data which resides on
your handset before you send it off for repair or replacement.
3. Send back (or arrange for us to collect) the faulty
handset with the completed Return Form.
We endeavour to ensure a fast turnaround for you
and we also keep a stock of loan equipment to keep you up and running
if the repair is going to take an extended period. In some circumstances
an immediate replacement handset may be issued to you. In any case,
we will keep you informed as to the progress of the repair.

What’s Covered Free
Faults developed within the first 12 months are covered under manufacturer’s
warranty. We do not charge for processing and organising repairs
and faulty equipment on your behalf.
What’s not covered
We know that it is all too easy for your phone to fall out of your
pocket, but handsets dropped into sinks, toilets (we know of at
least one which was flushed away), your pint of beer, or any other
liquid are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. We can give
you a quote for fixing damaged equipment, but unfortunately if liquids
have been involved, we cannot offer any repair.

What’s chargeable
If you inadvertently dropped your phone from a
great height, had it chewed by an animal, run over by a car, smashed
by a falling sash window (or all of the above) then such damage is
not covered by warranty. We may well be able to get the handset fixed
for you, but the repair will be chargeable.
In addition, faulty phones outside of the 12 month warranty period
are also chargeable.
After we have received the handset, an estimate will be given to you
before we proceed. |
