Your bills and invoices for your current landline
calls and line rentals will be collected from you by Veecom Voice.
Using this information, Veecom Voice will implement a full audit
of all your call charges and line rentals.
Your audit will first establish if there are any
line rentals or services that are no longer in operation or, indeed,
not required. It's common to find that your current provider (usually
BT) is charging you for line rental or other services that you don't
use.
Second, the audit will give you and us a clear picture
of your current call patterns, lengths of calls, destinations and
costs.
The next step will be to examine the overall
call pattern: when and to where your calls are made (landlines,
international, mobiles).

| At this point Veecom Voice will be in a position
to compare your current tariff with the others available. You will
receive a full breakdown of your current usage along with our recommendation
for the most appropriate solution for you. This Proposal will show
you the projected total costs and savings. Your
proposal is generally made up of two elements:
(1) Line Rental. Veecom Voice is able to provide
you with more attractive Line Rental charges because of our wholesale
agreement with B.T.
(2) Call Charges. We have agreements in place with
several providers, including BT, Thus, Gama, Colt and Energis.
If you decide that you don't wish to go ahead at
this stage, that's fine. Your audit and subsequent analysis is totally
free of charge and absolutely without any obligation. |

what happens when you choose to go ahead. |

First, the line rentals will be transferred
from B.T. to ourselves. This is a completely seamless process which
does not involve any number or line changes and will not disrupt your
current service or day to day business in any way. Next,
the Call Charge element of the service will be accessed through
Carrier pre-select, which is carried out by B.T.
Your calls are routed automatically at the B.T. exchange,
which means that you just use your phone in exactly the same way
that you always have.
The end result for you is one simple monthly bill
by email, disk, CD Rom or on paper (whichever you prefer).
As part of the audit process, you can be completely
confident that you are no longer being charged for lines or services
that you no longer use or want
Veecom Voice will also, as part of our ongoing commitment
to you, continue to monitor your call spend and patterns on a regular
basis |
So, all you have to do is sign
up and, within ten working days, you start saving money. You use
the phone exactly as before; and you won't notice any difference
at all - until you see the savings on your phone bill.
