Not 100% Satisfied Right Away?
Our guarantees state that if, within 28 days of signing up, you are not completely satisfied with the network we have connected you to, we will pay for your contract to be terminated. We will also connect you to the network of your choice at no extra cost to you.

In addition, if within 14 days you are not happy with the equipment we have supplied - we will exchange it for you.

Getting to Know You
You will have a named contact, not an anonymous voice in a call centre, to ensure you get all your queries and requirements sorted out quickly and efficiently. After 4 months, we will contact you to conduct a review of the service you are receiving

to ensure that you are definitely on the most appropriate tariff.

Throughout the 12 months we will remain in contact with you to make sure you are still completely satisfied and to keep you up to date with any developments which may be of benefit to you.

Prior to the end of your agreement (usually after 12 months), we will return to discuss your requirements and assess your current situation. At that time, we will go through the whole analysis process again. At this stage we will offer you a credit for renewing your agreement for a further year. You can choose to use this on replacement handsets or you can simply take the money and spend it as you like.

 

When "stuff" happens (good or bad - but it will!)
We know that your requirements change from time to time - perhaps more frequently than you anticipate. Staff numbers and requirements fluctuate, people travel abroad. Equipment may develop faults, get lost, damaged or stolen. New network tariffs become available and old ones disappear. Sometimes your bills may be less than easy to interpret. That's when we're here to sort it out easily and quickly for you.

You benefit from our relationships with the networks. What does this mean?

Well for example, if you have ever tried communicating with an organisation like Vodafone (the fourth largest company in the world - operating in 26 countries and with approximately 122.7 million customers), you'll know it can be very frustrating having to deal with call centres and never speaking to the same person twice.

In short, it's much easier for us, than it is for you, to get things done. This is not only possible because we are a Vodafone main dealer, but also because over many years we have really got to know the network organisations and the people within them who can get things done.

If you tried to lift an international bar on your mobile, the resultant phone call would probably last more than 10 minutes. You would have to select from a bewildering array of options, press buttons, follow instructions, and have full information about your phone account at hand ready to key in.

Alternately, if you phone Veecom, it's just a matter of 'please lift the international bar on my phone' and it will be done for you within 15 minutes.

Likewise, if you had a bill query with Vodafone direct, you would need to go through a queuing system and you could easily be on the phone for 20 minutes. Usually, however, we can answer such questions for you immediately, or we can take it up for you and get an answer much more quickly.

For the record, the most common query from clients is when they think they are paying too much for their line rental on a new agreement. We can usually advise them quickly, to put their minds at rest. This is because the initial billing period is longer than one month.

One final point. You almost certainly won't get this level of service from other suppliers. As you get to know us you'll find that we're a friendly, experienced and professional team. Our clients like us much better that way.
