Vodafone One Net is a unified voice solution, enabling customers to be reached on a single number on any device.
With one integrated voicemail, a user’s experience is seamless across all devices – notifications are sent to all of them, and there is a single number to call regardless of device.
Users can have their number set up how they like, with both their mobile and landline phone ringing simultaneously, or after a number of rings from one to another, however suits their preference.
The One Net system offers immediate savings of up to 20% compared with a typical mobile and landline set-up. As well as saving space in your office, with a hosted PBX system everything is taken care of at network level so you don’t have any additional maintenance costs.
Calls are free within your business too, even when calling a mobile from a landline, and the system works on most phones – so you don’t need to invest in expensive devices.
Every user on the One Net system has a direct number that is shared between their mobile and landline, meaning colleagues can reach them with a simple, easy to remember three-digit number. They can even call co-workers’ voicemail directly if it’s not convenient at the time to send an email.
How does it work?
By using the existing GSM and 3G network Vodafone One Net enables any mobile device to access its core features. There is no need for specialised private networks like VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) or Wi-Fi so it works wherever a user is.
Optimum routing means that all calls are routed to the hosted PBX, which takes control of call termination, allowing them to be directed over the most cost-effective connectivity path enabling customers to maximise One Net’s extremely competitive pricing model.

One Net users can keep their existing landline numbers (01, 02 numbers) and non-geographic (08 numbers) as well as their mobiles (07 numbers). When ported to the Vodafone One Net solution, these will all work seamlessly with the new features.
