Firstly, you’ll need to choose a package depending on the number of minutes and handsets you require:
Parents and Sharers
The Business Choice tariffs are structured with a ‘parent’ handset, and ‘sharer’ handsets. You pay the parent cost for the first handset and then an additional cost per handset for sharers, depending on what data package, if any, you require:
Additional Bolt Ons
These are optional bolt ons that can be added on to any user. The prices shown are additional to the sharer price.
BES Express Support – only an extra £2.50 per month
We understand that implementing BES Express is not as easy as just downloading it from the BlackBerry website. To help you deliver the best service, Vodafone provide a support service at an additional charge of £2.50 a month per user on top of BIS/BES Express.
This service will provide the following:
- 24/7 Technical support by ETS (Data Helpdesk)
- Software support
- Microsoft Exchange & RIM certified specialists
- Direct line into RIM
- 90% of issues solved within 2 days
- Service upgrades available
International Voice Bundles
Regularly make international calls from the UK?
Vodafone’s International Voice Bundles will save you money.
Choose the bundle to suit your requirements, and you’ll get low cost calls billed by the second, and peace of mind whenever you call someone overseas.
All charges ex VAT
1. Calls are charged in 1 second increments. Minimum call charge 3p
2. Bundles expire after 30 days. Standard International call is cost without International Voice Bundle
