after we have all the relevant information we will produce a Proposal
Report for you. This takes the form of a mini audit & quotation
summarising the information gathered from you. It notes the points
that were discussed, which might be of interest to you in the future.

Which network is best for
you?
Selecting the best network for you can be complicated,
but we aim to make it as simple as possible for you. We believe
in providing you with the best overall value.
There may be offers available on various networks
from time to time, but we look at your needs over the longer term.
Quite often, tariffs may look good on the surface,
but they can be more expensive when you look at them in detail.
For example, the best pricing on one network may
involve free handsets and at least twice as many minutes as everyone
else. But the coverage may not be so good. This means that your
handset is likely to keep swapping networks. Consequently, you may
regularly lose connection; and if you are in the middle of an important
call, this can be annoying... to say the least! |
We tend to prefer the Vodafone tariffs above any others
because they offer extremely good value, with good network coverage and
performance. In our experience, with all the major networks, there are
far fewer complaints from customers using Vodafone.
The most common complaints with other networks are that
you can't get a line or calls drop out. Very few of our customers have
had a problem with Vodafone. Clearly, we know the Vodafone tariffs very
well, but we also evaluate the tariffs available from all the other networks.
These tariffs change regularly, but by sourcing all the relevant publications
and information, we always keep ourselves up to date.
Your Accessories & Data Options
Our prices include a triple accessory pack as standard
with every phone. This gives you an in-car charger, leather case and a
basic hands-free kit. According to
your requirements, we will offer to supply you superior functionality hands-free
options. This will either be an earpiece or a speaker, which plugs into
your car's cigarette Lighter. Alternatively, you can opt for a fully-fitted
car kit, to ensure you can comply fully at all times with the current legislation.
Your proposal will also take into account the supply
of all the necessary mobile Data accessories you need to get fully up
and running - such as data cards, which plug into the PCMCIA slot of your
computer and allow connection to the internet or email.
How can you be perfectly clear about what we
are proposing?
We talk your language and always make an effort to
present the information in a way that is easy to understand. But, should
you not understand any of the terms (and it's true to say that some of
the technologies available are very complex) we are here to answer your
questions and will be happy to demonstrate their practical uses to you.
Where possible, we will arrange to visit you to present
our findings and recommendations in person. Like this, we can answer your
questions there and then. Alternately, we can send the information to
you by email and discuss it with you later on the phone.
