Taking Care of Business
If you decide to take advantage of the potential savings and work with us, we will take care of everything for you. We'll set up your new account and manage the smooth transfer of your mobile numbers from your previous supplier. You don't need to worry about a thing.

Your Contract
This is about your commitment to the network. When you are ready to proceed, we will provide an Agreement, for you to sign. In the Agreement, you agree to purchase your phone calls from the network for a minimum period (usually 12 months):

This is not a commitment to a specific tariff, you could change your tariff every month, but you are agreeing to receive at least minimum billing from the network for each handset, each month for a year.

Delivery Services
Once the paperwork has been finalised, we will keep you informed of when your service will be up and running. We will then agree a supply date for the goods and services that you have ordered, which could mean next day, or even same day delivery direct to you.

If you are replacing your phones with new handsets, we will copy the contents of your phone book information from your existing SIM cards. Where possible, we will copy the content from the phone's memory to your new phone. In addition, we'll also recycle your old equipment to ensure that it can be used for spares, loan stock or to generate money for charity.

Car Kits and Installation
We offer two main types of car kit:

1. The Standard Car Kit
Here's what you get:
• A fitted cradle for your phone.
• An antenna installed on your vehicle.
• Your phone will charge up from the car power supply when the ignition is on.
• Full hands free capability, allowing you to talk and listen whilst maintaining control of your vehicle.
• Some kits now feature a 'voice dial' facility, which means a voice command will automatically trigger the dialling, without the need to dial any numbers.

2. The Bluetooth Car Kit
This kit gives you all the advantages of hands free speech and voice activation as above.
• There is no cradle installed in the car - an option that may be more suitable for certain cars.
• There is no charging facility in the kit. However, we will supply an in-car charger at no additional cost.
• It also does not have a dedicated vehicle antenna, which means that reception may not be quite as good in areas of poor network coverage.
